Blink sync module

My Blink cameras and doorbell were working fine before we switched back to Xfinity internet. I got the cameras connected but not the doorbell. Thought maybe it was dead and ordered the newest doorbell camera which came with a sync module. I have stayed on the phone with Blink for way too long and it's still not connecting. I have looked at some of the posts here and verified the Bridge mode was turned off, turned off both the 5 and 6 GHz. Still won't connect. It finds the sync module but then says it cannot connect to the Blink servers and says the most common problem is the password. I have double checked and even re-entered the password. We just got a new tv and the night before I called Blink last week, I entered that password at least a dozen times setting everything up on that new tv so I KNOW that is not the issue. I have probably tried to connect over 50 times. I have unplugged and reset both the gateway and the sync module multiple times. I don't know what else to try at this point and am very frustrated with both Blink and Xfinity. They had me try to use my tablet instead of my phone and I still got the same message. This appears to be a known issue so surely the answer is also known.

Greetings @user_de3f62, and thanks for posting your question to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Blink camera, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have done on your end, that is very helpful. You mentioned that you have tried disabling the 5 and 6 GHz WiFi bands, have you tried turning the option on to have the networks separate, and then renaming the 2.4 GHz network, and see if that works?
