Blink needs 2.4 Ghz - disconnected and cannot reconnect

We have a XB7-CM modem and on Dec 9 our blink camera system disconneted after working fine with Xfinity for 1 year.
The blink unit requires a 2.4 Ghz connection and can no longer connect. Tested with other Internet servcice and Blink unit is confirmed to be 100% working properly.

Was able to login to the gateway then Connection > wifi. Disabled the 5 ghz network and still cannot connect.

How do we connect Blink to our Xfinity service now?

Reading this forum I see many customers with the same issue.
Please advise.

Still not able to reconnect after 5 days.
Steps we have taken after 2 hours on phone with Xfinity support and 2 more with Blink.
- reset xfinity modem….several times
- reset blink module…..several times
- checked / updated blink firmware
- connected blink to hotspot which worked confirming Blink functional
- disabled 5 g in xfinity wifi setting but still will not connect
- manually added Blink Mac address in router settings… still will not connect

Hello and thank you for reaching out! Do you happen to have a post on r/Comcast_Xfinity open as well? I am pretty sure I just responded to your Modmail. If so, we are the same team, and will keep working with you there. I am going to keep this post open, so we can cross-post the solution when we find it.
