Blast internet question
Currently I have blast internet download speeds about 200mbps. I have 3 devices that are connected, one of them is firestick which I use the most. Is this speed enough for HD streaming? Or do I need to upgrade it to a different plan? I don't have any 4K devices. I just wanna know if blast internet good enough to stream in 1080P?
Thanks

OK EG thanks, looks like I'm all good with 200mbps. Now I was always wondering how does the router distribute speed to devices. For example I have 3 devices and I'm on a 200mbps plan. does every device get 200mbps or is it spread out evenly amongst devices? If you can explain this will help me to understand.
Thanks

OK thank you EG and thank you Bruce. I just have one more question. Is there such a thing as too much speed? Meaning can internet speed that is too fast actually cause something adverse? For example firestick only requires 5mbps, when I do speed test on firestick I get speeds up to 200mbps. So can very fast internet potentially be bad? I'm sorry I know this probably is a silly question.

It's not bad. But if it's not needed / used, it's overkill and a waste of money.

@EG
By overkill do you mean it can actually make device act weird or have poor performance?
