Dear Xfinity Customer Support,
I have been a loyal Xfinity customer for the past four years, but since moving into my current residence six months ago, I have not received the internet speeds I was promisedor anything remotely close. Attached is a screenshot showing the unacceptable speeds ive been experiencing.
Despite numerous calls and troubleshooting attempts, the issue remains unresolved, and in fact, the internet performance has continued to decline. As someone who works from home, this has severely impacted my productivity and reliability.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I am appalled by the ongoing failure to provide the service I am paying for. Given this, I am formally requesting compensation for the inadequate service over the past several months.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by:
Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for deceptive business practices
Posting on all social media platforms to inform others of this ongoing issue
I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution plan immediately. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate my complaint accordingly.

Are you currently using an Xfinity xFi Gateway or using an owned personal device to access the Internet? Depending on the device in use, could you please visit our 'Tips for troubleshooting your Xfinity Internet connection' knowledgebase and provide us a snippet of the signal level for review? Please remove any MAC address or IP address information.
