Bad Internet service

My Wi-Fi is great, but the Internet service shows as only one bar on both my iPhone and my iPad.  When it is at one bar, I cannot open websites on the Internet or even complete this form without multiple tries.  Once in a while, I get two bars, but that is it

  • Go to Settings > Apps > Safari.

  • Tap Clear History and Website Data.

     Or:

    

Clear cookies and cache, but keep your history

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  2. Tap Remove All Website Data.

It sounds to me like the OP is having a WiFi signal strength problem.

It sounds like a contradiction on his part. Yes, he said "my WiFi is great". Then he mentions "having only one or two bars" ???
