Bad Home Connection

My internet has speeds greater than 400mbps, however, it has no stability. I have 2 video games connected via cable and even so the connection of the two drops routinely. I've tried using Wi-Fi and it happens again. Does anyone have an idea what to do? I already asked the Xfinity technician to configure a network with a fixed IP but he said it was not possible. I'm thinking of hiring another company, please give me tips, grateful

The concern is not "Xfinity Home Security / Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out for help with tips and tricks to improve your home network, @user_Miranda. You should not experience connection drops using a device directly connected to your modem with an ethernet cable. Have you tried swapping out the ethernet cables to see if it helps for those devices? Aside from the two video games connected, how many connected devices would you say are up and running on your home network? Are other devices impacted?
