Bad connections when the wind blows

Anybody else having problems with Xfinity when the wind blows. Wires are hanging low through my yard.

Xfinity says they can't read my modem. Yet I still have Wi-Fi signal intermittently. It appears Xfinity has a infrastructure problem. In the meantime it's sucking all my data from my phone. And I pay $70 a month for intermittent internet? UGH

Consider getting a tech out to fix the coax cable drop line. They (Comcast) are responsible for maintaining that so there will not be a charge for it.

@EG I have mentioned this problem more than once ... I'll try one more time,

All I've gotten is higher rates every year. I've got a message in the system just this morning regarding the low-hanging lines.

O/k I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !
