My own modem Arris SURFBoard SB8200 reboots around 1 PM PST every weeknight with event log "Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow".

There are scheduled times when updates are pushed to your home. However, if you're experiencing issues with the internet more often we can certainly look into the issue. If so, please send a direct message with your full name and address. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

I'm getting daily reset commands listed in the log every day between 0300 and 0400. my router (Reyee WiFi 6 Router AX3200) and this modem (Arris SB8200 D31CM-PEREGRINE-1.1.1.0-GA-11-NOSH) worked perfectly fine in Maryland for 7+ years. Now I'm down here in Florida and the modem resets every day causing the router to lose its DHCP address and everything is offline. I have to reboot the router every morning to get it to reconnect. every day. how can I prevent this "Resetting the cable modem due to docsDevResetNow" every single day???
