Arris S33V2 Restarting Multiple Times a Day
Over the past 2 years I have had stretches of time, typically 3-6 months where my Arris S33V2 will restart, dropping internet. This typically takes 1-2 minutes and will always reconnect. On an average day the modem will restart 15 to 20 times a day. Then magically, the issue will resolve itself for a few months.

I will also add that I have had multiple techs come to my house already, one replacing the line from the street to my house. I have been able to recreate the issue with the modem connected directly to the pole line.

Network connection problems are often due to poor coax connections or damaged coax cable, usually in or near your home. Running the cable through a surge protector, a defective splitter, or too many splitters can cause signal problems as well. If there is an amplifier in the line make sure it's getting power.
