Yesterday a device called arris signed into my internet

@user_nwkesb, hello! I hope you are having a wonderful day today. Are you using an Xfinity Gateway? If so, try pausing that device. If one of your devices can no longer connect, you'll have found the culprit! If none of your devices go offline, let us know, so we can check it out.

I am using xfinity gateway. It has disappeared off of my network now. It was there for a period of time

Gotcha! Is it currently plugged in? If so, what color is the light n the front of the modem and if it's blinking or not?
