Aqualink APP

I have an app for my pool, iAqualink 3.0. I just upgraded my network to 5.0 GHz which is not compatible with my pool system. I need to change the setting to 2.4 GHz so that my pool works with the router. How do I do this?

Thanks, Tom

Hello user_s4oy44! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with managing the wifi network. I have been in your shoes before and lost my 2.4 Ghz network and several of my devices dropped from the network. We can help out and get the 2.4 network back.

This site offers the steps you need to take to ensure the networks are enabled and available for connection. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-wifi-mode-admin-tool-xfinity-xfi

If you are using the Xfinity app, here are the steps, so you don't need to search for them.

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Select WiFi (from the bottom navigation on the Xfinity app).
  3. Select View WiFi equipment.
  4. Select Advanced settings.
  5. Select WiFi bands.
  6. If you would like to select a specific WiFi channel, select Edit next to 2.4 or 5 GHz

Did this help you enable the 2.4 Ghz network and regain the connection to the aqualink app?
