Anyone else having major Internet issues lately?

Daily for the past month my internet has been going in and out all day, everyday. I work from home and need my internet. At this point I am so tired of Xfinity taking my money and doing nothing for me

Hello @user_74fe7f I'm sorry for the ongoing intermittent connections you are experiencing. @EG provided an amazing link to help troubleshoot possible issues that maybe causing the intermittent trouble. Thanks @EG!

The best option for us to narrow down the cause of the trouble is to hard-wire a device directly to the modem to see if the intermittent connection is still an issue. That will tell us right away if it's an issue with the wifi broadcasting / devices interfering with the signal or an issue with the connection reaching the modem / or computer. Do you have any devices that are hard-wired to the modem that experience the intermittent trouble?

No I do not, and troubleshooting gets me nowhere, I have unplugged my modem over 100 times this past month, I am seriously just thinking of switching to T-Mobiles internet services
