All smart devices lost connection
All of my smart devices have simultaneously lost connection. My KASA outdoor dual plug, my Amazon smart home plugs, Frameo picture frame and several other devices including Xbox ETC. If I reset the gateway on my router some of the devices work again and then they stop.
I can’t figure out how to talk to a live agent on the phone or through live chat. I’m going crazy!

On those devices you are having issues with can you try forgetting the Wifi network then reconnecting? Please let us know if this helps!
