All Games disconnect and slow upload speeds outside my state.

Disconnecting from EA servers, and all game servers for inactivity when active during a match. Packet loss outgoing spiking to 100% and packet variation spiking constantly to 500ms+ in matches. Tracert shows no connection past Bloomington Comcast. Loading webpages takes multiple loads says offline. Microsoft store says offline refresh.  Speed test have been loading between 2.2 gigs down and 1.3 gigs down Upload has been between 112 megs up and 325 megs up. Your App says my connectyion is great. It restarted my modem says oh your good to go then says I'm getting 45% of plan speed. % min later I'm at 108% plan speed. This started the day after Xfinity did a network improvemnet in myt area 2 days ago and the next day we had an outage. Even when logging into the forums I received a you are offline issue.

EDIT:::: Post edited and titled changed as it is affecting all games that connect outside of Indiana through Chicago. All tracerts through Chicago timeout, and all game clients now lag, and timeout. Your AI bot says buy a new lan cable. Would like a response from Xfinity on this issue.

Speed test outside of Indiana on the upload side are slow. Inside of Indiana they are fine. Please resolve these issues.

Decided to check modem bonded channels as well. Are the channels supposed to constantly loose bonding or is this a signal issue?

I did start another thread as I'm having internet issues but no one wanted to respond and the AI tool isn't helpful at all. So starting a new one to see if I can get any answers this way. Webpages stop responding and game disconnect or I get 100% packet loss out. I checked the modem power levels and found the levels I have pictured. Saw a thread

about power levels. So I need to know how to fix this.

Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled Modem Power Levels

Raplced entire cable line from modem to the f type connector on pole. Tried to use your AI tool but it only said to replace my ethernet cable.

Thanks EG. I saw the other one was closed. No splitters only the F-type connector on the pole. @XfinityVictor
