Thank you for taking part in our community @user_voprpb we definitley want to ensure that you can activate your equipment without issue. @EG provided some very helpful links that walk through how to activate equipment as a self-install. Thank you for sharing those EG! Did any of those links help you complete the activation? If you are still running into issues, can you please go into more detail on your issue, like the type of device you are trying to activate and what happens when trying to complete the activation?
