Access Apache web server running on a Windows 7 computer on a Xfinity network in my home

This worked fine until I moved to Colorado and ended up with Xfinity. I can connect via the internal IP address from other computers on my home network but I can't connect from computers that connect using a name I own on a DNS provider that ties the name to the IP address Xfinity assigns to the web server. 

Is there any information I can provide that will help with this?
