Absolute worst internet

1. Randomly make the router incompatible and site that as a reason for bad internet

2. If troubleshooting folks cannot help with their limited knowledge, send a technician 

3. Technician changes the entire cable from pole to house and changes the modem to new compatible one

 4. internet is even horrible than before.
