5.0 to 2.4 GHz

My internet just changed seemingly overnight to 5GHz. I have a handful of smart home devices that only run on 2.4. I don't see the option to split the bands on the Xfinity App and when I try to use 10.0.0.1 I'm told to go on the app. How can I switch this back to 2.4GHz?
