3-Day Outage

Please update your customers in the North Wimington area as to why we have not been able to use our internet. The outages seem to get resolved for a short time then iy goes down again. This is the 3rd dat. 

I work from home and my superiors are beginning to question the legitimacy of this issue at this point. My job may be in jeopardy. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

This is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue asap. Unless aliens have taken over, there is no reason it should take 3 says to repair.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
