2nd IP address for CPE with Arris TM822
I am a loyal Comcast customer for over 9 years and I have been trying to get a 2nd IP address so that I can segment my kids home schooling and my work.
Several times I called the technical support team and no one knows / understand how I can get the 2nd IP address. I was transferred to business team, residential, etc. No resolution yet.
I was going through these thread and I saw a response from ComcastMichael on this particular issue. He was able to assist the customer with this request and resolved the issue. See below link for the response.
Could you please help me with my request or let me know what I should do to get the 2nd IP address. Thank you.
