25% rate increase

I have 1 step above Basic cable, 2 TV boxes, 1 WiFi, HSPI service.  I just received a 25% rate increase, $46, for no changes to my service.  No improvements, additions.  We are seniors, and cannot tolerate these kinds of increases for no additional advantage or service.  This is outragious
