how do i add 2.4 ghz network to connect to my bluetooth devices?

i’ve done this and even named them different things (tried naming the 2.4 one a simpler name bc i saw that helped) and it still doesn’t connect

Bluetooth and the 2.4 GHz WiFi band are not the same thing even though bluetooth operates in the same frequency band. Bluetooth devices interconnect with each other and don't need internet connectivity.
