2.4 GHz only

I currently have both a 2.4 GHz and a 5 GHz WiFi band. My printer will only work on a 2.4 GHz WiFi band. Which is not allowing me to connect wirelessly. How do I set up a 2.4 GHz WiFi band ONLY? Or can I set up a guest network that only my printer can connect to on a 2.4 GHz? Please help. I have not had any luck connecting to a REAL person with Xfinity.

user_58tomd Having only one of the options may not be the best for your other devices since they may work best on the 5 but you can split them to help with the connection options. If you check out the Simplify your Wifi page it goes over the benefits of having all of them and how you can split them by adding a different wifi name to each channel.
