20 - 50 outages every day, on Blast! plan for 200mbps but only get <30.
Every single day my internet connection goes out every 30 minutes to 1 hour all day long. I have to reset the modem every time or it just won't ever come back. I am on the Blast! plan with advertised speeds of 200mbps but the most a speed test has ever shown was 30mbps. Usually we only get about 10-15mbps. What is going on?

Hello @kwoodlief, thanks for reaching out to us on our Forums page! This is upsetting to hear, and as a person who works from home, I certainly understand how inconvenient and frustrating this has been. You definitely should not have to reboot your modem every day and your speeds should not be that low with having our Blazing fast Blast speeds. I know the importance of having a solid and steady internet connection, and my team absolutely wants to further look into and assist you with this.
