2 rooms 1 modem
I am considering disconnecting my xfinity cable and just keeping the internet to stream. I currently rent a modem. My question is, I have a tv in my living room and one in my bedroom, I want to be able to stream on them both. How do I go about doing so? I do have 2 separate Xbox ones, if that helps. I'm just unsure of what needs to be connected and where. The modem is located in my living room.

The XBox One consoles have a ton of streaming apps available for download including Netflix, DIsney+, Plex, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu, for instance, so if you're able to get internet on the consoles, you should be ok. If you have Smart TVs you may be able to stream on those too.
The question then becomes what shows you want to watch, and whether you're subject to the 1TB data cap.

Are you not able to connect your bedroom XBox One to your WiFi network?

I've used my wi-fi while in my neighbor's house. That's going through half my house, half their house, and about 100 feet in between. Wi-fi is meant to cover at least a home, though construction does vary so sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.
By the way, this is why you should have a good password on your wi-fi. It's probably visible to at least 5 of your neighbors.
