12 DB attenuator for Xfinity Enhanced Speed areas

My service area was recently upgraded to the enhanced speed tiers. Where can I acquire a 12 DB PAD (attenuator)? My concern is the UPLOAD & OFDMA.

Channel 1-32 Download channels: -1 to 1 DB.

OFDM is 1 DB for 611 MHZ

OFDM is 3 DB for 803 MHZ

UPLOAD 49-50 DB for 4 channels

OFDMA 57 DB

Xfinity my modem has not been rebooting so that's good.

You don't need an attenuator ! The upstream power is already too high (out of spec on the upstream OFDMA channel) ! An overall attenuator pad will only make it higher / worse. You need to have the attenuation reduced / improve the connection quality. It's a problem just waiting to happen ! You may even need to use a drop amp with an active return to lower that upstream power.

Should I schedule a tech or wait till I get issues with my connection?

My speeds are fine and no issues with connectivity. If you are ok with my out of spec upload signal levels Im good.

My upstream signal levels are out of spec.  They don’t seem to be affecting my connection at this time.  So do I need to do anything?

Glad to hear that you are not experiencing any issues with your service, though we can help to schedule a technician to check on this for you if you'd like.
