$100 for what?!
We recently redid our carpet in our house so we had to unplug our modem. Upon plugging it back in it would not connect. I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing worked. Apparently they’re going to make me pay $100 for them to come look at it… that is absolutely insane?! Do better Xfinity because I would rather drop my service than deal with that. Which is a shame because I like my service so far.

Hey there, @user_kd7ab5 thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your modem concerns. We definitely want to help you with getting your modem working for you. Congrats on getting your carpets redone! My household has been wanting to get that done for a while now. I would be happy to take a look at technician charges.
