Yellowstone purchased whole season can’t watch episode 8

Hello, I’m having this problem:

purchased the whole season and now it says I need to purchase the episode even though in my saved purchases the episode shows up.  Please give me access to what I paid for. Thank you

@user_db62e0 thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. There is a known issue that our engineers are working to resolve for episode 8. In some cases if you restart cable box you will see in your purchased listed or find it for free. Is this something you can try now?
