XUMO TV XFINITY STREAM

Xfinity Stream app activates w/code then returns to sign in screen and if I press enter on remote I receive error app-06100. I reset TV, called customer service who were unable to provide any assistance. I can use the app on my Amazon Fire TV with no issue.
