Xfinity To-Go says I need a subscription for local channels ABC, NBC, CBS

I am Xfinity internet and TV subscriber through my condo association (entire complex commercial account).  I use TO-GO service on a compter using Firefox browser a lot since I travel.  Until yesterday I was able to view CBS, ABC, and NBC (though NBC is flakey) using TO-GO service.  Yesterday ABC and CBS are the To-Go list, but if I click it says I need a Subscription.   I have a subscription.  What changed since yesterday?  How do I fix?  Thank you

Hello, @C-A-M thank you for reaching out and creating a post over Xfinity Forums. I appreciate the detailed information you have provided, and want to help with TV Go subscription issue. Have you by chance checked to see if the Xfinity Stream App or device being used needs to have an update done? Have you tried clearing cache/history on the device?

Hi Justin - yes I cleared cache and removed Xfinity cookies.  I don't use any app.  I use a browser on a laptop computer, not a phone or ipad.  The only 'app' is visiting xfinity.com, logging in, then clicking with a mouse the "Stream" link at the top of the screen  Both Firefox and Chrome browsers throw the same Subscription Required error.    Both browsers are up to date and have not changed between local channels working, then the next day stopped working.

I have rebooted the PC as well, no change.  There is a small code on the error page: (TVAPP  00203)

Thanks for that information, @C-A-M! Is this PC using any type of VPN or new security software or have you recently changed modems?

no.  no changes anywhere / hardware / software / network / browsers / anti-virus / etc.  between network channels being available, then not available.

Literally every time now I refresh my favorites on the live channel screen... One time CBS and ABC will appear, but require a subscription.

no NBC at all.   The next refresh, CBS and ABC are not even available to click for viewing.

I am on the east coast.  My Xfinity account is on the west coast if that matters.  I do not use a VPN.

@C-A-M thanks for answering all the questions it is really helpful to try some troubleshooting, and confirm information that may cause issues. Reviewing this document, there are 250+ channels that can be streamed outside the home either on the stream portal or Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-go-live-streaming-networks

I checked our engineer board to see if there was an open ticket for a know issue with the "subscription needed" message and not finding anything. I'd like to pull up your account and start some troubleshooting to further assist. Since I'll need to gather some information we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message.
