Xfinity streaming keeps buffering

During live events we have to restart the tv every few minutes because the screen is frozen. Very frustrating

We have fast internet, no other services stall like this. The tv is a Samsung 6 series

user_8umfzn Thanks for the confirmation. Have you completed the basic troubleshooting steps such as app updates, software update on your TV etc.

I am having the same problem.  I have fast internet with an new Amazon Fire TV.  I have reset my modem, my router, unplugged the TV and still get a lot of buffering no matter what channel I am on and no matter what time of day.
