Gotcha! When it freezes what happens exactly? Does it go black or get pixelated?

The buffering for the Xfinity app is terrible.  It takes 45 seconds for the app to load then every hour on the hour is will buffer again for a few seconds.  Very annoying!  All of our other streaming services load within seconds.  

Xfinity - are you working on a fix?
