Xfinity stream

Why does I always have issues with Xfinity stream app on lg and Samsung tv and it hardline to tv and it only Xfinity app I have issues with

Hello @user_w3x831, I use the Xfinity stream app primarily as well! It would be quite frustrating if I were experiencing issues every time I wanted to catch some TV, what issues have you been running into?

How about reading all the comments on various Xfinity and Reddit pages on issues with the streaming app on Samsung smart tvs. Now LG owners are reporting problems. No fix and Xfinity doesn’t care

@XfinityJustinM​ Please read this and other posts wrt Xfinity Stream not working. It first started with Samsung, and now affects LG.

For over 10 days now, I have been having issues, where the ultimate “fix” is to unload and reload the App. Phone support was unable to to affect any solutions now was an onsite Tech visit. 

Unless proven otherwise, it is a Xfinity App Software issue. 

Xfinity phone support [Edited: Language], and are unwilling to offer a refund for lost services. This includes the inability to watch NHL Center Ice…

@AFCMSGT We genuinely apologize for the frustration and completely understand your concerns. We are aware of the issues affecting the Xfinity Stream app on certain Samsung and LG smart TVs, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I can assure you that we are actively working on a solution to resolve this for all our customers. We do care about providing a seamless experience, and it is certainly not our intention to make you feel otherwise.

@XfinitySeth​ I have posted numerous comments, and I have sent you a couple of PM’s, and provided my account information on the pm as you requested… yet I have not received any acknowledgment nor updates, let alone any resolution.

When can I expect a response and resolution. I am tired of deleting and reinstalling the Xtreme Stream app EVERY TIME I want to watch tv…
