@vincep181 Do you have an Xfinity TV package on your account? If so, what is the make/model of the TV you are having the issue?

Thanks for reaching out — we know how confusing that message can be.
If you're seeing a message saying you don’t have access to Xfinity TV when trying to use the Stream app on a second TV, it usually means one of two things: either the app isn’t recognizing your login properly, or the device itself may not be supported for full TV access.
A few things to double-check:
Are you signed in with the primary Xfinity ID? Sometimes secondary users may have limited access.
Is the new TV connected to your home Xfinity WiFi network? Full access to live TV channels through the Stream app typically only works when you're on your home network.
Is the device a supported smart TV or streaming platform? Some TVs may require updates or may not support all Stream app features.
If you’ve already checked all that and you're still getting the error, try signing out of the app on that TV and then signing back in. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the connection.
Let us know how it goes — we’re happy to keep troubleshooting with you if it still doesn’t work.
