xfinity stream
Xfinity was here last week to reset my router. The home network was renamed. Since then, any xfinity stream apps on phones or Ipads IN THE HOUSE are showing out of home. The following link ( https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-tv-app-unable-to-connect) seems to address it and step #5 says to try
Log out of the app and log back in: (DONE ON MULTIPLE DEVICES, NO HELP)

- Navigate to the Settings gadget on the Xfinity Stream app (DONE)
- Select Change Household Account. (THIS IS NOT AN OPTION IN THE APP).
Of course there is no customer service...
