Xfinity stream
Why is the quality so poor on my 4k tv on Xfinity stream app? Every app is perfect ! Is it because you want me to keep on renting the tv box for 15.00!? X3 ?! Im so close to canceling all my xfinity services. And why do i have to rent the box im sorry i love this company but it’s ridiculous ,i feel like i should cancel my service by the end of the cycle.

Hello @user_db5487 it is not good to hear that you are running into issues with your connection via the Stream App, we definitley want to ensure you have a clear viewing experience! Is the quality poor on all shows/movies you've tried to watch? Have you ensured that the device you are using is compatible with the stream app?
