Xfinity stream question

Hi. I'm  a comcast costumer and I only have internet services (nothing else) However when I click on xfinity stream it shows bunch of live programs and free movies. Since I'm not a TV subscriber am I suppose to have access to those free streams? I don't really want to stream anything from xfinity. But I'm kinda confused how it works.
