Xfinity Stream not working

I used to watch my saved programs on my computer with Xfinity Stream. Now it no longer works. What's going on?

xfinity stream does not even load. The logo pops up on the screen but nothing happens after that.

Thanks for letting us know a little more about what is going on. Have you attempted to clear the cookies and cache on the browser you are trying to access Xfinity Stream? We are here happy to help you access those recordings.
