Xfinity stream not working

We get constant buffering and a lot of times the Xfinity stream app does not launch. It is stuck on the screen with the three dots

Can't get xfinity stream to load.  Constantly seems to go out.   Need help

Works fine on iphone, 

The only way to get it to work on my Chromebook is to stream it in Incognito mode.
