Xfinity Stream not showing local channels

New customer, having issues with local channels.

- https://www.xfinity.com/support/local-channel-lineup/ - this shows me my channel lineup. Okay, that's good.

- Now the issues:

1) https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ (on a browser) - NO LOCAL CHANNELS. I see stuff like AMC, BBC News, NBC News for 11 different cities, Saved by the Bell channel, etc. But no local channels.

2) Xfinity Stream App on Roku - Same channel options as above. No local channels.

3) Xfinity Stream App on iOS - Same channel options as above, but SOMETIMES I get: ABC local, CBS local, and Fox local listed. If I try to watch any of those, I get a "tvapp-00249" error. Other channels (like AMC) work just fine.

For the apps (Roku and iOS), I did uninstall/reinstall numerous times, logged out/back in numerous times, etc. Same result - no local channels.

Search for the Stream App not showing local channels shows this seems to be a common issue. What's the deal with this app? Can I switch to coax to the TV?
