Xfinity Stream not connecting to home wifi after moving service.

After moving my service from one location to another, the Xfinity Stream app on Apple TV does not recognize the home wi-fi and will not connect. We have tried rebooting the internet, router, Apple TV, reinstalled Xfinity Stream. Nothing is working.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we are excited that you brought your Xfinity service to your new location. I do apologize for any inconvenience you're having using the Xfinity streaming app on your Apple TV. When you did the transfer of service did you make sure to jump on your Xfinity app and select your new address location so the account is updated to reflect the new address that way when you're using the Xfinity streaming app it recognizes that you're connected to your new home network

 

also have you went into your Apple TV and make sure the apple TV's connected to your home network username and password?

Updating my default address rom the old location to the new location fixed the issue. The new location was not set to default by itself.
