Xfinity stream error TVAPP-00148
Why has Xfinity closed all of the threads in this forum that had information about the TVAPP-00148 error that thousands of users have been complaining about in the last 9 days with no resolution? The last message from Xfinity was basically that the error was Samsung's fault and that they were closing the forums because there was some kind of violation to their policies. This is really terrible customer service. First of all, users were never informed about the outage and were left troubleshooting with the tech support, who was mostly unaware of the issue and made us waste hours trying different unsuccessful solutions. Meanwhile, this forum was full of users saying that there was a problem but Xfinity did not know about it, when it is their own forum. We need formal communication from Xfinity explaining what happened and when they expect to solve it.

@user_75e93s Actually, this is NOT a Comcast issue, which means there is little anyone at Comcast can do to assist other than provide updates as to what Samsung may be doing to resolve this issue. They cannot communicate any additional information if it is not provided/approved to be shared by Samsung.
