Xfinity Stream App Sound Issues

I am having the same issue on iPhone 15 where the sound shuts off. It is a pain in the [Edited: "abbreviated language"] having to shut the app down and restart sometimes every 5 minutes . When will this be fixed?

If so, what troubleshooting have you attempted other than force-closing the app and restarting it? For example, you may want to uninstall and reinstall the application, check for updates, clear the cache, etc. Let us know, and our Digital Care Team remains here to held however we can! I don't see any known issues being reported by our engineering team, but this might be something to report to them if we can't fix it for you remotely.
