Xfinity Stream app On Xumo
Yesterday we were able to find and watch my favorite on the Xfinity stream app on our Xumo. But now they are missing but only on the streaming box, I can watch on laptop but that isn't convenient for me and my Mom. Is there a way to fix this, as the missing favorites we have watched since we got the Xumo box and found the app.

Good morning @Sleepy79, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the Xfinity stream app, I know how frustrating that can be, but you have reached the right place to get this resolved. Were you able to use the stream app on the XUMO, but the favorites were missing, or were you not able to use the app at all on the XUMO box?
