I did 2 things from 2 different users.  I did a system refresh, and still had only one channel but then did the * on xfinity stream and restart channel and all are there.  I hope it works for others.

@erin4473 After the grandkids leave I'll try that but not sure what you mean system refresh??  I only had NFL All access the other day and now only about 7 stations but none I care for and definitely not enough for what I'm paying for. I keep hoping to turn it back to Xfinit Stream live and have 'everything' back.

It seems to have fixed itself for me without doing a refresh. I did reboot the modem some time earlier, but it still failed when I checked shortly after. A few hours later, and the channels are back.  DVR schedule is still blank.

Things appear to be working again.  If it helps, I signed out of the streaming app and then signed back in.  Had to register the device again.  Just follow the instructions.   No router reset or call to support.

My issue was fixed sometime today, I even rec'd a call from them tonight with a live person that I could clearly understand, said they were from the Executive office. I have slammed their c/s for the past 7 or 8 year as that is when it started going down but I've had two main issues correct in a reasonable amount of time in the last month and great communication. I'm hoping this is a new trend on getting back to the c/s they used to have.

When will this be resolved? Does xfinity even care?

@user_2cc2f1 This is never the feeling we want you to have. Our fix teams are engaged and working on this. In the meantime, troubleshooting has helped in some cases. We'll be happy to see if we can get your Stream app working sooner. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

I no longer work for Comcast.
