Xfinity stream and Rokus

It appears that the Xfinity stream app is no longer working on any of my Roku devices. Did Comcast braek it again?

Funny you should say this, I just called today because it stopped working on my LG TV and they told me to get a Roku

I see that you commented on another post that you were able to resolve the issue by uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app. I just wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing any issues. Please let us know at your next available convenience.

Also, be sure to have our Xfinity App on your mobile device as that is the quickest and easiest way to manage your account, view billing, status of the services, and more.

Sure did, I just wasted an hour through Xfinity text chat and still don't have it fixed. They tried up selling me a deal before my problem they tried fixing my problem. I told them I wasn't interested in mentioning it until they fix the problem. Then my modem was rebooted and I lost connection to them. And the Xfinity Stream app still isn't working for me. It seems like you may have better luck through a voice call.

Same for me. It works on my Android devices, but asks me to pay $43 a month on Roku. The chat reps. have been useless, and just keep "refreshing" my account. It's been a couple of months now.
