Xfinity is not verifying service to March Madness Live. They want you to purchase an upgrade, yet you are already paying for all the channels and a simple verification is all that is needed.

Hi, @user_013912 , Xfinity TV customers can watch men’s NCAA® Tournament games on CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV networks, and women’s NCAA Tournament games on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ABC on their TV Boxes.

Xfinity Flex customers can watch live games through some subscription services, such as YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV or Sling TV subscription (regional restrictions apply) Choice TV+ Entertainment genre pack provides complete men's tournament coverage.

Choice TV+ Sports & News genre pack provides women's tournament coverage on ABC, ESPN and ESPN2Paramount+ allows customers to watch men's games on CBS.

Xfinity X1 and Flex customers can watch a selection of highlights and additional content through Xfinity On Demand.

Xfinity Stream app and portal provides games on TBS, TNT, TruTV, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPU both in and out of the home.

CBS (men's) is available to stream out of the home in select markets only.

ABC (women's) isn't available to stream out of home on iOS devices.

March Madness Live website and app lets Xfinity TV customers stream every men's game live.

I have ultimate TV and still cannot stream the NCAA games out of home. What Gives?

Hello @user_a65159! Are you getting any messages saying that it requires you to be connected to your in home network to watch?

I no longer work for Comcast.
