Xfinity network

I have a Xfinity coax cable box connection.  I have a smart tv which I can connect to the internet via a 3rd party provider. Because I don’t use Xfinity for internet, I can’t use services  like Peacock which is part of my Xfinity subscription. I get a message that I don’t have internet connection.    Is there a way to access my wifi with my existing Xfinity coax box connection without being an Xfinity internet subscriber?
