Xfinity benefit missing - Inception movie redemption

When I received the notification on the app on July 16th to watch and own Inception for free, I clicked to grab the offer. When I went to the Xfinity stream website, the movie showed for purchase. When I clicked on it, it showed that the purchase was processed, but I was still billed for it. I was able to get credit for it, since I didn’t watch the movie yet, but now it shows I’d need to purchase it, and the benefit shows redeemed.
