Xfinity app

Streaming app is broken and I’m considering moving providers… The streaming app is broken…I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, I’ve tried updating, nothing works. I have 24 shows on my home DVR, but then when I use the Xfinity app to watch my shows it only shows 5-10. AND if a show has multiple recordings it will only show me 1 of the recordings and it’s not always the most recent. I’ve tried calling customer service but no one knows how to fix it, I’ve synced by DVRs, I’ve done all the help desk tricks and still nothing. It worked great 6-8 months ago but I’ve continually had issues since. If I want to watch stuff on my DVR away from home I need to take a picture of the DVR menu and then try to find on demand shows while on the road.
